Quill Bodies from Hareline are bleached and dyed hackle stems. Immerse in water prior to use. Excellent for A.K. Best’s style of quill bodied flies. Work great for dry flies and euro nymphs. Add some UV cure glue for durability and you have an excellent realistic segmented body.

They come from hackle stems and depending on what portion and thickness of the Quill you use, you can tie all sizes of dry flies. Quill Bodies are much easier to use than stripping peacock eyes and come in a great variety of colors. 25 quills per bundle. See Color Chart.
