Description

Danville Spiderweb Thread from Hareline is a fine, white monofilament nylon thread at 16/0 size. Great for small midges and for securing parachute hackles by the Klinkhamer method. A long time favorite for tying extremely small midge-sized flies. Conveniently pre-waxed and naturally flat laying when relaxed, Spider Web can be easily spun round when desired too, making it an exceptionally versatile choice at the fly tying bench.

Danville Spiderweb Thread is available in White only, but easily colored with permanent marker to whatever shade desired, if small flies are your forte, be sure to give Danville’s popular and proven Spider-Web thread a try.  It is rated at 30 denier and has a 0.051 mm diameter. The breaking strength is only 142 grams so it is relatively quite weak compared to other threads. 100 yd. Spools.
