Description

Danville 3/0 Monocord from Hareline is an exceptionally strong Nylon thread for it’s diameter. The thread lies flat and is lightly waxed. It does not build up and is excellent for creating smooth heads. The monocord is excellent for larger flies and flaring small amounts of hair on patterns like hoppers. Danville 3/0 Monocord has been measured at over 115 denier with a breaking strength of over 25 oz. Doesn’t split and spread out like other threads.
