Lower Owens 7 Covers the Owens River, 4 miles upstream of the Owens Valley Radio Observatory (Cal Tech) and 1 mile downstream. Shows road access, GPS Long./Lat. and trails. Satellite photo background depicts vegetation surrounding the river. The Lower Owens 7 contains Rainbow Trout, Browns, Smallmouth Bass, and Large mouth Bass. It fishes well during the Fall through Spring periods when flows are less than 300 cfs.
