Description

Badger Hair from Hareline is a creamy shiny underfur with long barred black and cream guard hairs. Useful for a light dubbing that requires a cream coloration. The guard hairs are tan, cream, and black with silver tips for streamers. Some traditional streamers used this material for wings.

With its long, rigid guard hairs, Badger Fur works well for tailing material on nymphs, dry flies, and even poppers, and it can also be used for backs on crustaceans; a soft underfur is also a great choice as a dubbing material, either on its own or blended with other materials.
