Bull Elk Mane

Description

Nature’s Spirit Bull Elk Mane is a very long, fine hair which is beautiful when stacked for large Stonefly wings.,  Minimum compression for controlled flair. Much longer than traditional elk body hairs. The hair usually averages about 3.00 inches or greater in length and features medium-diameter semi-stiff texture with minimal-compression.

A favorite when stacked and evened for tented wings and tails on larger stonefly dries, and useful when soaked then wrapped or woven for life-like segmented bodies on many subsurface nymphs and wet flies as well, every piece of Bull Elk Mane has been meticulously hand selected to ensure the highest quality.

Each package contains a 2×3 patch of material. Colors: Natural Dark, Natural Light
