Gordon Griffith 14/0 Thread, a sheer ultrafine thread from Hareline. The finest of threads. The thread (72 denier) is made of polyester like Uni-thread, but is constructed more like 6/0 Danville’s, striking a nice compromise between a hard, round polyester thread and a flatter nylon. Gordon Griffith 14/0 Thread is a single ply thread, lightly waxed with incredible strength. Flies can be securely finished with no build up at all.

Used by traditional fly tiers who enjoy a slow build-up when tying flies. Ultrafine Thread is an excellent choice for tying midges to smaller flies. Ideal for midges and other small flies. 100 meter Spools.
