Description
Rainy’s Parachute Posts are microfoam cylinders that create an effective sight indicator for all flies. They also aid flotation. Use in place of traditional hair parachutes or quill wings — or even as terrestrial bodies. You can use these cylinders to make certain ant type bodies. The soft white foam ties easily and can be colored with Copic Art Markers.
Rainy’s Parachute Posts work well with hook sizes 12-16. Place the cylinder at the top of the hook shank at the 2/3 position and secure the rear side of the cylinder with thread wraps. You should get 4 to 6 posts from each cylinder. Ten posts per package. Two Sizes: 1/16″ and 1/8″.
