Ringneck Pheasant Tails

Description

Natural Ringneck Pheasant Tails are brown with dark natural markings throughout the feather and a stiff center quill. These tail feathers have been hand selected as the two most perfect matched decorative feathers from each bird by Hareline. The feathers have been cleaned and are available in their subtle brown-copper-bronze iridescent hue, or dyed colors like black, brown, olive, red, and yellow. Ringneck Pheasant Tails are used for bodies, tails, wings, and wingcases on many trout and steelhead flies, especially nymphs. The Pheasant Tail Nymph is the most famous nymph of all time.
