Stonfo Dubbing Brush Device

Description

The Stonfo Dubbing Brush Device is an accessory for most vises, specially designed to make dubbing brushes up to 23 cm (9 in.) long. The table has an adjustable height, and allows you to easily insert various types of material into a wire loop. A trimming platform with graduated border on a corner of the table helps in trimming brush materials consistently and accurately. Vise not included. The Stonfo Turbo Spinner will attach to any vise to spin the brush.

A dubbing brush is a great way to create durable flies. The dubbing brush allows you to tie around 6 flies in the time it takes you to make one budding loop.  The Stonfo Dubbing Brush Device will make a dubbing brush with a light wire core.  This gives you the advantage to create numerous brushes and store them for future use.  The device replaces the Dubbing Loop method, where a dubbing “brush” made of thread  forms a “dubbing loop”.  The thread loop has to be attached to the hook at one end and the spinner/whirl at the other in order to hold tension on the thread.
