UV2 Roe Yarn from Hareline is a UV enhanced yarn that is your answer to easily tie egg and attractor patterns. Just wrap the material and trim to your desired length. It is more of a chenille than a yarn and can be added as a hot spot on nymphs and streamers.

You can tie over 100 eggs with one pack of UV2 Roe Yarn once you get the hang of it. Simply tie in the yarn much like you do a chenille and give 2-3 wraps around your hook of choice. Easy as that, you’ve got an egg! This material gives you the bulk you want in an egg, but allows the fly to sink faster and get in the zone compared to traditional yarn eggs.
