Nature's Spirit BULL ELK HAIR
This is the flank hair off the bull elk. The color varies from light ginger to creamy blonde (rarely almost white) with dark tips. The color is usually lighter than cow or yearling elk. The wall thickness of the hair near the tips is great enough to prevent extensive flaring. It is also a longer hair than cow and yearling which makes it a good choice for larger patterns. Great for Stimulators, Humpies, and the classic hair for the Troth Elk Hair Caddis. Each package contains a 2x3 patch of material.
