Notes:
Dinky Creek is heavily planted near the campgrounds where Dinky Creek crosses Dinky Creek Road. There are also plants at Ross Crossing. A strong population of wild trout exist in areas outside of the planted areas. By early August, the flow slows considerably and the fish concentrate within the many pools of the creek. There are plenty of bathers using the creek, so you should try fishing early in the morning. Most of the trout are small, in the 6-8″ class.
