The Eastern Sierra Region 5 is an exceptional area to fish with the Wild Trout section of the lower Owens River and the river proceeding east of Bishop down to Big Pine. It is a river with Brown and Rainbow trout within it’s upper reaches and becoming a Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass water within it’s lower reaches. The river is fishable throughout the year.

Bishop Creek is another fabulous stretch of water with headwaters coming out of the Humphrey’s Basin, Sabrina Lake backcountry and South Lake backcountry. Easy access along paved roads to explore the three forks of Bishop Creek.

Explore the heart of Kings Canyon National Park with a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail.
